Nuts about buttercups!

photo from A Creative Mint blog

For some reason this Spring I have gone competely nuts over ranunculus flowers.  Their layers and colors are gorgeous!

Vibrant Pinks!

Pale Peach!

I don't know if they are easily grown in Nebraska but I will surely find out!
Go visit the blog I tagged from the first picture.  You will have a feast for your eyes.   I hope to become as talented of a photographer (and decorator) as Leslie!  I am going to be on the lookout for some lovely blue pottery!

  2. Absolutely beautiful!!! Do you know if they're grown from a seed or a plant (of course they're grown from a seed, but a novice like me would perfer a plant start?) Wonder if they grow in PA? Enjoyed looking!

  3. Leslies pics are great. I will have to go check out her blog. I have no doubt that you will become just as awesome. I saw the photos you took of the flowering trees and that is proof enough. Your blog is just a delight.

  4. Hello! I just realized I forgot to answer you after commenting on my blog. Time slips away from me too fast! There is not alot in the Burlington area but there are some fun ones in the Iowa City area which is about an hour north from me! If you do happen to plan a trip down my way I would love to help you plan you route! Thanks for visiting my blog! :)

  5. Angela, Your blog is too lovely for description. Thank you so much for taking the time to visit mine. I will post the card image on my flickr (click on flashing badge on sidebar) for a very limited time as the image is one I found on flickr but can't for the life of me recall where! You will be able to choose your size. If I e-mail you the image it will be the same size as the one you see on my blog. I have to save it to my desktop and then choose Print and then the size, 4x6 to get the correct size. I hope this helps!Thank you so much again for stopping by. Elizabeth

  6. HI there Angela...I LOVE Mary carol Garrity too...I ws so close to her store one time (30 miles) and the lady I was with didnt' want to take me there...grrrr. I live in Oregon so of course I don't make it that way often. Those flowers are gorgeous...I love peonies. As for the ribbons....just make yourself a bow...(I love grosgrain because it retains it shape well) and I just wind my jute through my buttons and hot glue on...no fancy tricks! Hugs and thanks for visiting me! cherry
